We do this by quickly providing you with quotes, photos, and detailed descriptions to meet your requirements. In our Chicago location (Rockdale, IL), our Service department rebuilds components and tests all items prior to shipment.
Inventory
Our international headquarters close to Chicago, IL contains 9 paved acres of attachments, and a 50,000 square foot warehouse of quality parts to support the heavy equipment market. We process orders immediately, and 90% of our parts orders are shipped the same day to meet the needs of our customers.
With over 20,000 parts inside our 50,000 sq ft warehouse, and with an additional 9 acres of outside paved yard space, we have the up to date inventory to support our customer’s needs. With new parts arriving weekly, our diverse parts inventory gives us the tools and capability to satisfy each customer’s needs. We make every attempt to ship out parts on the day they are ordered. Each day our objective is to provide heavy equipment solutions to heavy equipment needs, on a timely basis. Each and every employee is focused on this same objective.

Parts and Attachment Shipments
Our years of valuable experience in shipping parts and attachments, to any point in the world, allows us to condense shipments on secure, unique and creative custom made skids, in wood, plastic, or metal, to meet our customer’s global needs. This experience saves our customers money by reducing the cube of items, thus reducing shipping costs, and getting them to their destinations in a secure, safe manner. Our Shipping department is committed to fast turnaround on items in our inventory and we can ship immediately by Air or Ocean to meet your needs. For full container shipments all items are secured into containers using safe, wire rope tie downs throughout the container, and shipments arrive filled with densely packed items, without breakage or damage. Our weight and cube controlled shipments, follow specific load plans to save our customers freight dollars while assuring all items arrive together at the same time.
Machine Shipments
Our technicians know just how to prepare machines for export and what must be done in order to meet the Customs and Shipping requirements throughout the world. Some machines can be torn down and placed into containers lowering shipping costs dramatically!
Logistic Support
Our Global Logistic division can provide a landed price and shipping schedule to any port or city in the world. Our shipments arrive, on a timely basis, complying with each country’s needs, and with all the necessary pre-shipment preparation completed according to our customer’s requirements along with complete documentation to clear the shipment thru Customs on a timely basis. At Construction & Mining Service Inc, our logistics manager can assist you in shipping to any part of the world as economically as possible, on a timely basis. We can quickly quote you, on a landed basis, from any city to any point in the world, and prepare all the necessary documentation in time to arrive before the shipment comes into port.
